We use fun to inspire our kids at our children’s fitness center. We use games to get kids moving and improving. Our coaches are fun, and so is our gym environment. Coaches exercise with the kids and laugh with them. At Coach Kee’s, exercise isn’t the agonizing, gut-busting, stress-producing training of an army sergeant.  Exercise doesn’t have to make you miserable to make you healthy.

We play handball, soccer, table tennis, Gaga, dodgeball, jump rope, hula-hooping and all kinds of children’s fun. Whether it’s playground skills, sport-specific skills, or real-world skills…we listen to what our kids want to learn or practice, and give them exercises to help them improve in every area they choose.  We recognize that each kid is unique, and our creative and experienced coaches come up with new ideas to make exercise fun for everyone.
