Cardiovascular Health

Our goal for our kids is to take them to their healthy high heart rate through fun fitness and physical activities. We use kid-friendly equipment like ladders, Bosu balls, Skipfit, cones, core and specialty exercises-and custom-fit them to the needs of our children. Our small fun fitness classes of similarly-aged kids makes it feel like a family. Whether we’re exercising up a sweat or enjoying fun games at the end of a workout session, we’re pumping up the cardio.
